How We Work Together

A simple guide to communication, scheduling, & content.

As Prestige Studios continues to grow, we’re putting a few simple systems in place to keep communication, content, and scheduling organized and seamless for everyone.

These guidelines help us protect time for strategy and creative work while making sure every client receives the level of attention and intention we pride ourselves on.

What To Expect

    Communication

    Our standard response hours are:

    Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM EST

    Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to during the next business day.

    We’ll always do our best to respond as promptly as possible during our business hours, while also protecting dedicated time for client strategy, content creation, and project work.

    Booking a Call

    Need to talk through a strategy, upcoming campaign, content, or your account?

    You can book a Marketing Planning Session with Erin directly through her calendar.

    Calls are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–1 PM EST.

    Please book your call at least 24 hours in advance so we can make sure there is adequate time to prepare and give you our full attention.

    Content Requests

    Great content starts with great planning.

    To give us enough time to plan, create, and deliver content intentionally, content sessions must be requested at least 4 days before your anticipated content date.

    The more notice we have, the better we can:

    • Plan content around your current goals

    • Develop intentional concepts

    • Prepare shot lists and creative direction

    • Make sure we have everything needed for production

    • Keep your content aligned with your overall marketing strategy

    Last-minute requests may not always be able to be accommodated based on our existing production schedule.

    Invoices

    Invoices are due on the recurring date outlined in your contract.

    Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 3 days past the due date will incur a late fee, in accordance with your agreement.

    Keeping accounts current allows us to keep projects, content production, and ongoing services moving without interruption.
