Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
Prestige Studios, LLC (“Prestige Studios,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through theprestigestudios.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at info@theprestigestudios.com.
What we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, website, what you are interested in, your monthly marketing budget range, your business annual revenue range, and your message.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Booking a call: the name, email, phone and any notes you enter in our scheduler, which is provided by Dubsado.
- Client portal: if you become a client, the information in your proposals, contracts, questionnaires, invoices and messages, held in Dubsado.
- Email and phone: anything you send us directly.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
What we do not collect. As of the date above, this site does not run Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, the Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics tracker. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add any of these later, we will update this policy before they go live.
Cookies and similar technology
The site uses one small piece of browser storage so that the opening animation plays once per visit rather than on every page. It holds no personal information and is cleared when you close your browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested. No other cookies are set by this site. Dubsado may set its own cookies when you use the scheduler or client portal; those are covered by Dubsado’s privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to book and hold a call with you.
- To decide whether we are a good fit to work together, which is why the contact form asks about budget and revenue.
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To deliver services to clients, including proposals, contracts, scheduling and invoicing.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the services we use to run the business:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives contact form and newsletter submissions.
- Zapier moves contact form submissions into our client management system.
- Dubsado stores client and lead records, and provides our scheduler, forms, contracts, invoices and client portal.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on the site.
- Email and payment providers used in the course of delivering services.
Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we might work together, and then deleted within a reasonable time. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as accounting and legal rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To make a request, email info@theprestigestudios.com. We will confirm your identity and respond within 45 days.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, email info@theprestigestudios.com. You may also authorize someone to make a request for you.
Visitors outside the United States, including the European Union and United Kingdom. Our business and our service providers are located in the United States, so any information you send us is transferred to and stored in the United States. If you are in the EU, UK or another place with data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We process your information because you asked us to (for example, by sending an enquiry), because it is needed to deliver a service, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the business. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email info@theprestigestudios.com to exercise any of these rights.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and our providers maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be posted here before they take effect.
